Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Filming opening of package will guarantee correction of wrong items. 

Refunds

Refunds are generally not accepted UNLESS item is not received, this will require proof.
